Anyone knows the NEW RULE in Immigration???

One of my friend went to Immigration Yesterday to apply for a FAMILY VISA.
AS per Pataka status and all the other Details required he was Eligible to get the VISA, but as per the new Rule which was brought in yesterday. His Application was rejected as his Salary certificate was not showing his BASIC as 7500/- or above.
till Last month it was 5000/- total Salary, but now its 7500+HRA then only Eligible.

If this Rule is confirmed then its sure that QATAR GOVT is not much interested in Middle class Section People.

If this new Rule has come in process then WHY is it that it was not published in NEWSPAPERS????

Kindly share your Experience if u have also encountered the same.

Sometimes they reject the application for other reasons that they do not tell , like if the company he is working for is small and not good ,, or if he has no diploma .. or his nationality...

Who knows.. let him ask who rejected his application
