APPROVED FAMILY VISA
My wife is here on family visit visa, and I applied for her a permanent visa.
But for some reason she left Qatar without waiting her permanent visa approval.
What happened if her permanent visa is approved? Can she come back here in Qatar using that permanent visa.

She has to be in the Country for her Resident permit to be processed.
If the visa was already approved & printed, the only delay for her to come back is doing the medical & sending it to Qatar embassy. Also you need to make sure that she can comeback within 3 months of the issuing date of the visa. The delay will be in your side if your don't act decisively now onwards.

she can come back immediately or after 3 months, because as what i know visit visa once exited can come back after 3 months only.
