Are the final lots drawn for Haj permits?

I've been to the website and the date for registrations are over. I know that there have been one rounds of lots drawn. But are these final or are there going to be more number of haj permits given out?

according to the authorities, lots have already been drawn and those who have been selected have been sent messages to finish their work.

Last year I got the second lot only two weeks before departure based on additional quota given from Saudi (from 1500 to 9000). Let's hope it happens this year as well. I've heard from one of the muttawas that Qatar is currently approaching Saudi for additional quota.
