The children of my brother want to stay here longer than their parents who are going back to UAE, where they all have RPs there.

Can they travel alone back? they are 12 and 13 yrs old.

as long as one of them is 13 i dont think there would be any problem. They will be allowed to travel without a guardian but only if all the required paper work is done.

Yes they can. BUT, you have to go to the airport, with the tickets and passports of the children well before they will travel. They will give you a form to fill out. Then on they day of travel, they will provide special assistance for the children.Th same will happen at the destination, the airport personnel will inform the people over there, so the children will be picked up from the airplane and escorted through passport contrl, baggage etc, and handed over to the parents.
