Arrival of new born Baby

At last my wife with our new born baby has arrived in Doha. My child is 2 months and 4 days old and she got the Visa on arrival. They stamped on the passport to report to the specialized authorities within 7 days. What does it mean? can somebody make it more clear. Thanks in advance

or you can't extend their stay here!

here more than what is in the originl visa, then they have to undergo medical and the go to immigration to extend their stay!
