I have got my marriage certificate attested from Indian Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs from India.Do I need to get the marriage certificate attested from Qatar also by Indian Embassy & MOFA Qatar?Please suggest.

Yes you have to do attestation from MOFA Qatar also.
