I had a friend who left UAE and joined up in Qatar, thereafter he negotiated with the banks and paid off the amounts amicably tho' less than what he previously owed. Now he is back to Dubai and working as the banks gave him an NOC already for the pay off. If you got a visa you can surely get in to any country, but  remember always you cant run off, at somewhere or some stages you should be obliged to pay it off OR else you should be prepared to as if they are able to track you will reach even to your homes......

Dear Friendif you`ve lost your job you should deal with your bank as there will be an insurance to cover all you loans in this regard, trust me it`s as simple as this but escaping without a proof will be hard for the bank to collect his money from insurance co. & will cause you much trouble plus a mountain of interest you can nego. about it, but when you have the welling to settle it.
