I am banned in Qatar and yes I have a case, a tourist visa can still be applied? i'm not going to stay for long anyway, just to get some of my things and say goodbye properly to my friends. Any positive answer?

I appreciate your will to surrender right at the Airport.

Check whether any warrant on your name, your visit for the sake of peanuts will end up in cost of cashew nuts, make sure from those trustworthy friends to whom you wish to come here and say afterall a bye !!!!
