Peps, best thing is to check with your embassy - but I do know she can come on 6-month visit visa. It seems to depend on how much you earn and what nationality you are... I know, sad but true.

alumnar, well what you are saying makes sense. thank you for replying :) BUT, i did bring her back on my sponsorship and as soon as she went to apply for RP they found out and deported her.If she comes back on visit visa then she cannot apply for driving license, work, and if they find her they will deport her again. This is the problem, so what you are saying is that she can only be on visit visa? Can we apply for this visit visa on the same passport she was blacklisted on?thanks for replying

Peps, I replied to you on your other topic. Why do you create this topic about the same subject? Ask your embassy if you don't believe what I posted. I am advising you according to what happened to friends of mine and their wives are now here on family visa despite getting 2-year ban from WORKING in Qatar.

Good luck!

Hi Ilaya, so what i understand from you is that even if she is blacklisted she can still come back on family visa - so it overrules the blacklisting? thanks

As long she dont have any criminal liabilities, no need NOC to come back with Husband sponsor.
