blacklisted/banned
Good day to all!!! i just want to ask if i got black listed or banned in qatar would be either in other GCC countries?my expirienced was this..way back 2008 to 2010 i was resigned from my previous company but they gave me an NOC before i go back to my country and then after 9months i get back to qatar through visit visa and after a week i got a job and transfer my visa to a working visa..then after a year when the renewal of my RP the problem exist..our PRO told me that my passport was hold at the immigration and need my personal appearance,so i was very confident to go there just to know what is the problem.and the officer told me that i had a case and some one is complaining againts me. so i decided to clear my name that is why i go to the police station with some immigration officer escort,but then i get disappointed because i didnt even know who is complaining and why he complained againts me,i never fight or argue with anybody else while iam staying doha,they bring me directly in to deportation jail without any explanation and sent me back to my country?if like that case how many years ill be banned to DOHA?Thank you..
thanks for the reply..at that time my cellfone was confiscated and i dont have any other contact from outside,only my sponsor is allowed to visit me and though he want me to be release and he do everything.but it turns out of nothing because the immigration told him that i need to close the case but i didnt even know where to find the person againts me..its unfair to put into jail without any explanation...hopefully i can comeback after 2years..

Why did you not contact POLO while in detention? It could have been a case of mistaken identity. It happened before to one of our kabayan. Now its too late. I think you've been blacklisted. Once a work visa is cancelled you have to wait for two years to come back. But your case is different. You've been deported with a cause.
