If you are on your husbands sponsorship and want to break your contract will there be any repercusions????

1. I am working full time
2. My probation period is not quite up yet
3. After the probation period is over I need to give three months notice
4. I do not want to give three months notice it is too long
5. My husband has not yet given permission for me to work - he has received nothing from the labour dept yet.
6. If I break the contract will they be able to stop me from getting another job
7. Or can I break the contract and get another job with nothing happening to me as I am on my husband sponsorship.

To be honest it depends on who you are working for. Technically, you are free to leave but it will depend on who you are working for and how powerful they are.
