Busines Visa - want to enter in Qatar
I would like to know whether NOC from the previous employer is required for the processing business visa to re-enter in Qatar?
I am working in a company but due some reasons want to resign from my current job. For sure my sponsor will cancel my visa and will not give NOC in any case. But my brother is a partner and his company is ready to provide the company’s business visa to re-enter in Qatar. As I will be on business visa so cannot get the resident visa unless NOC from previous employer is not with me. So how long Can I stay in Qatar on business visa and how much its cost for 3 months biz visa?
as I understand, you currently have an RP which will be cancelled once you resine. In this case you won't be able to obtain a business visa without NOC.
If you are currently on the business visa, you don't need a NOC. You will have to exit Qatar, and you will need an exit permit if you stay over 30 days in Qatar.
But again, if you have an RP, you will need a NOC for business visa.
