Hi, my brother is on buiseness visa. he will complete one month on 5th july ...company has already aaplied for his wok visa but it didnt recieved yet.. now the problem is that i should extend his buiseness visa or wait for work visa approval...moreover 6th and 7th is friday saturday so can i extend it on 8th,,,or they will fine penalty on company.as visa is expiring on 5th..please tell

You need to have a new visa or extend your existing visa before 5th Jul....if you extend on 8th or so u are liable for paying the penalty......and BTW what is the guarantee that the work visa will come on 8th.....if they have applied for a work visa it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days to get the same
