Can anyone who knows a Mandoop or is one please tell me whether or not Business Visa submission has been cut to one per day per company? And whether or not if I receive an approval of a BV on one day, I can submit another BV on the same day!!!

I have a sneaky suspicion that our PROs are dodging work...

One per day? We submit at times more than 5 per day. So obviously not true..
