Business visa to Work visa need attested certificates or no?

Friends,
I reached Qatar on a Business visa. Now i am planning to apply for Work visa as Manager of a contracting company. Our PRO is asking for the Degree certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in home country and Qatar Embassy at home country to submit along with the application.

My question: Are these documents need to be produce while applying for Business visa to Work visa. or we need to submit these documents while stamping the RP?

U NEED THOSE DOCUMENTS BECAUSE U ARE APPLYING FOR A MANAGERIAL POST, AND THEY NEED YOUR QUALIFICATION CONFIRMED SO IT CAN BE REFLECTED ON YOUR APPOINTMENT LETTER AND YOUR VISA STATUS
