Can anyone please help me with this finger print issue.
Hi all!
I have cleared my Medical, and done the finger printing procedure at Azizia. I have asked the person, who has taken my printing, whether they got it correctly or not. He informed me that he got it correctly.
After one week, my PRO went to the emigration office to stamp my visa and they have told him that my finger printing is not updated in the system.
So, I went to Aziza to give another try for taking the finger print. I also asked them, why the first time attempt is not updated in the system and then they have asked me to come with the PRO to give the explanation.
My PRO took me to another location, I am not remembering exactly the name of it (Some thing like, Garfee), which is very near to a police camp, where shooting practice is happening and the place is for taking the finger print of Labors. I have done another finger printing procedure at that place. I have asked the person, who take my printing, whether they got it correctly or not. He informed me that he got it correctly. My PRO informed me that after three days he can go to emigration to stamp my Visa.
But, even after three days, my finger print result is not updated in the system and not stamped my VISA. My PRO told me that CID department have issued a Card to him about this matter and after one week he can got to emigration office to stamp my visa. But, even after it is not happened.
Could someone please tell me, is any one encountered this issue before?
Why this finger printing is not updating in the system?
Is it due to a human error or a system error?
To whom , should I contact to know the exact cause of this issue?
How to resolve this issue?
Is it possible to give a manual finger print on plate or not?

Wait patiently, At times (not generally) it takes time for system to update and there are manual errors too. It'll be done else your PRO can sort it out.

Don't worry about this issue. Sometimes they got some similarity with your finger print with any one already in the system may be because of the system error. They will take time to confirm that you came here on first time and nobody entered here using your passport. Your mandoop can sortout this issue if it is normal in everything.
