I Worked here In Doha in a company for 3 years..They Bring me from my homeland for the 1st time to Qatar..and when there project was finish they transferred me to Sister company..they changed my sponsorship also from previous company to this new company...but they keep me for one year on old salary which i was taking in that company its means that from last 2 years i am working on same salary. This new company is too much better than that but i am taking salary very low as i compare it with Employee of this company. At joining they told me that they will increase my salary after i complete one year here..but until now there is no chance so can i ask for NOC from Them because i can get very good package in others company.

NOC is the sole discretion of the employer. You can ask for it, but to give it or not is the decision of your current employer.
