Can I cancel my housemaid visa to get a new one?.

My house maid is gone for holidays and is not coming back from philipines. Somebody told me that to get a new maid, I will need to cancel my old housemaid's visa. I extended her visa until November 2009. Is there any other possible way out? Where I would find a partime cleaner? I live in Al Waab Gardens 3. Please advise.
if you cancle her visa she can not come just after tow years you can get a new visa .
