Can i enter qatar on visit visa if my work visa still under process?

Dear all,
I signed an offer as an architect in a contracting company in doha ,now am in dubai and still waiting the issuance of working visa from doha , do you think i can enter on a visit visa while work visa is under process?

No you cannot come because if one visa is made on your name no other visa of any kind will be issued from the immigration.

If one visa is under process, you can not apply other visa
