CAN I GO UAE ?
currently im working in one company here in qatar our offce located somewere in al khor, now im almost 5 mnths working in dis company i notice that there are many explained in my boss because for is attitude, he's always shouting and embarrassing he's own employee telling badwords, thats why i find out later that there are many employee cannot stay longer to this company. of course i cannot file a resign letter bcause i signed a 3 years contract, so i wondering and i'm planning to go also after maybe a few month's. but i want to work for my family. im planning go to uae, can i go straight to uae without exit visa here in qatar. my pataka i.d indicated my designation is HVAC ENGINEER. pls give me some advice how to escape in this company,, thaks!!!
thank you my friend! i'm thinking for that arrival visa if that possible, i dont care if i ban 2 years in qatar. my main plan now how to go with this company.you know last week only there are two indians left in our company the one guy is 6 mnths only other 9 mnths, they filed a resiged letter but my boss dont accept as usual, so this two guys dont go to office, after 2 mnths only they can go, without anything. as of now i need to save money even our salary always late. theres a lot of issue i need to share, one engineer finish already 3 years he extend 2 mnths now but he cannot go, cause hes passport and other benifits dont want to give. i'm thinking also to record how this person act while in the offce but i dont want to involve in trouble..
sorry my friend i cannot tell the name of my boss cause he have manny connection, many people already complained in department of labor, but still no action. i forget to mentioned that our salary always late , usually 2 mnths before we get our salary.
Why can't you resign? You can resign just make sure to observe the notification period written in your employment contract. It's better if you resign and have your RP cancelled. Because if you go to UAE without cancelling your RP here, then you have to wait for another 6 months from exit in Qatar before you will be issued a residence permit in UAE. Better resign from here, have your Qatar RP cancelled, then buy your own ticket and go directly to UAE.
In most cases a UAE visa will not be released unless the Qatari visa is cancelled. Even if your contract is for 3 years there will be a provision for submitting the resignation.
apply for emergency vacation, get the exit permit, go to UAE, u designation is eligible for "on arrival visa", search for a job, if u found well & good, if not come back to work normally as if nothing happened

Tell your boss that you have an emergency back home and you need to be there for few days.. Grab the chance, go to Dubai.. :)
