Can i possibly get a visit visa for my cousin?

My cousin is in the Philippines right now and i wish to take her here and look for a job for her when she arrives.
My husband is also here but we are in different company sponsorship as we are both employed.
My husband have had already sponsored our child and my mother whom are living with us here in Doha right now.
Can anyone help me please what is the best thing/option to do in order to bring my cousin here? Can i apply for her visit visa? Thanks and be blessed... :D

have u got the visa 4 ur cousin tell me how....througt hotel or through immegration office...do let me know i also wana apply for my cousin.
