Can I travel/work in GCC

Dear All,

I was working in Qatar for a really bad company and one day, on my day off, I decided to leave (without an exit permit) and never returned. Can anyone explain me what are the implications of this? Can I return to Qatar? Can I travel through either Qatar or any other GCC country? Can I enter any other GCC country (either work or leisure)?
At the time of leaving I had no financial debts, but after checking on-line my bank account is now on -30,000QR and it's marked as an absconded item. What does this mean?
Your assistance is much appreciated.

Kiwi, bro stay away, they will detain u. There was a dr tht worked in this parts of the world and left yrs ago, he traveled through and they nabbed him cause 1 of his patients died and this happened yrs back.

Don't chance it they will catch u nd u will pay the price...hey like a very beautiful friend of mine said, u choose and suffer the outcome.

anywhere in GCC Airport, they detect u through the immigration specially if you are in the list in the airport...GCC is very strict in terms of debts..generally, money matters.

Spybot, but I really didn't commit any crimes....

I just wanted to go home, they said I couldn't, but as I had the means I just left.

Not that I'm gagging to go back to Qatar, but maybe connect through either AHU or DXB on flights back home...?

Does this mean I cannot, for instance, fly Emirates and connect in Dubai, even if I don't pass border control?

and most likely a GCC alert on you.

So if you happen to be spotted in the area (Airports, borders) you could be detained, jailed, sent to trial and harshly punished.

Regards!!
