Sorry shiyasmohd, I agree with roadtripper 100%. Why would you want to do this. It is bad form to ditch your employer in this manner.
First of all, your question is not clear,,
anyways, i'l answer, what i can understand.
You RP will be automatically cancelled when you dont come back from your vacation or delay to an extend after it.. moreover, once your RP is cancelled you wont be even permitted to return back.
Incase, you meant something else with you question..do make it clear & I see further to it.
It is possible if your sponsor agrees to do that. Then you can send the passport either via a person or courier, the sponsor can cancel the RP send you back the PP. First you need to have strong reason to convince your sponsor that you are unable to return or continue with the work due health reason. If all failed approach your embassy, then can help you. Don't get upset when you see disappointing answers from some of the member.
I don't think it's possible if you are out of Qatar, even if your company/sponsor agree to it.
