one of my friend is fired from his kafeel and there is cancel stamp in red color on the visa can he inter again in qatar or that are the disadvantages on cancel stamp on visa or passport

he can return as a tourist on a cancelled RP, my colleague left 6 months ago for the UAE and returns every few months to catch up with mates and have a few BBQ's...never had a prob getting through Qatar immigration

Hi thr.. According to the Qatar Labour Law...After a residence permit is cancelled, an employee can not return to the country for two years, even as a tourist..

cancel stamp on visa means his rp and work permit is cancelled. if he has an NOC he can come back through another sponsor.
