sir,I have lost my job in QATAR, but my employer will provide me the NOC at the same time my visa will be expired on 3 rd of NOV-09.
If i leave qatar with NOC/without job, Is it necessery to cancel my family members visa also or not ? or can i renew my visa and leave ?
Pls advice me.

ASSALAMALECUM,DEAR BROTHER, IF U R LEAVING THEN SURE UR STAMPED VISA WILL BE CANCELLED, AND IT IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL VISA OF THE PERSONS U R SPONSORING THAT MEANS UR FAMILY MEMBERS, IF U CAN CHANGE SPONSOR HERE THAT WILL BE BETTER, UR VISA CANCEL MEANS UR FAMILY MEMBERS VISA CANCEL,TAKE CARE, [GULZAR AHMED]

rahman as far as I understand the law regarding visa and RP if you are terminated and have to leave the country then your family or sponsored related ones also will have to leave the country.

Better to talk to somebody in Immigration for real facts.
