CANCELLED VISA PROCEDURE
By abhilash john •
IF A PERSONS RESIDENT PERMIT VISA IS CANNCELLED FROM DOHA AND RETURNED BACK TO INDIA. NOW AFTER 2 YEARS HE WANTS TO COME BACK TO QATAR
I HAVE HEARD THAT HE WILL GET VISA BUT AFTER HE GOES FOR FINGER PRINTING IN CID OFFICE HE WILL BE REJECTED. IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE TO CHECK IN CID OFFICE IF THAT PERSON WILL ALLOWED FOR FINGER PRINTING AND CAN OBTAIN A RESIDENT VISA IN QATAR.
IF ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS QUERY KINDLY HELP IN GIVING ANSWERS..
If you return to Qatar after expiry of the stipulated stay outside the country (TWO Years), you will not be requiring a NOC from your previous sponsor. With respect to Fingerprinting Procedure is concerned, no need to worry...it will be done without any hazels’.
If you didn’t complete the stipulated duration of stay outside the country then you might require a NOC from your previous sponsor, once if you have a NOC then no need to worry about finger printing procedure as well.
If you want to apply a job then you have to secure NOC from your previous employer. Cancelled visa should have this doc before a new employer can apply a working visa for you.
