Are you in problems with your sponsor?? have you done something wrong on the job/office/worksite? did you say something that could have been preceived as offensive to the sponsor??
If you have done any of the above is the only way I can think of a cause to cancel your RP while on leave.
But in the end your question must be based on actual facts; say something else and then you could get some answers.
On the other hand the authorities and your sponsor are the only ones with the capability to tell you or talk to you on your case.

As per labour law NO but he can tell you not to come back and he will send the benefits.
As per Qatar rule, first of all you need Exit permit from Employer.
If employer arrange exit permit for you then why he cancell ur RP?
If employer cancel your RP then he should inform you first.
And I think no employer can do this, because employer should give at least one month notice prior to cancellation of RP.
Emergency vacation? That's a new one! Yes, if you are not there to do your job as per your contract your employer can dismiss you and cancel your RP.
