Chances of Visa Denial

Hello,
I am of 31 years and have done masters in management sciences; have more than 6 years of banking experience at renowned commercial banks in Karachi Pakistan. I have received Job Offer from one of the renowned bank in Doha (top 4). My prospective HR asked me submission of documents, which as per their directives have been provided 3 days back. They might have applied for my Visa as welI.
To be probabilistic I just want to ask few questions;
1) Based on my profile what can be the possibilities for approval of my Visa?
2) Based on my profile what can be the chances for refusal of my Visa?
3) If refused then what could be the options I may have for reconsideration?
4) Is there any criteria to take follow-up my approval process by myself?
5) Being Pakistani causes any effect to the approval?
Regards,

It has been more than 2 weeks now, still no signs of my Visa as of yet. Upon contacting HR they said it takes around 2-3 weeks post submission of documents. 3 Weeks will be lapsed by next Sunday. I just have my passport no with me to track but tracking requires application no as well which is with my prospect employer.

Any one having any idea.

Thanks for your continual replies dear,

My believe is quite simple in Pakistan especially in Karachi banking is so fast precise quick and decisive and frequency of customers are so high that even a single big branch do more than half of the transactions daily done in Doha (being populated of just 1.5 Mn I guess). Same is the case with commercials banking divisions we on weekly basis establish as more as 40-50 LCs which I definitely believe in Qatar we may work on monthly basis (i guess). Frequency and diversification of exposure gives an advantage especially to Karachite bankers (being financial capital and highly populated with more than 35 Mn ppl). If we ppl get a chance to work countries like Qatar it would definitely be beneficial for both way round we may train young Qataries to sense and develop the core banking practice and help the industry to adopt the high level diversification which would help them to cope the 2022 milestone in better way. In 2022 ppl from around the world come to Qatar will remit money hare will purchase commodities will do trade commercial aspects will be broaden up and so as the bank dependency will go phenomenally high.

So bottom line is, we are low paid young professional and will definitely prove beneficial for the Qatar industry

Bro, as far as I heard that in banks they are taking only Qatar national only, but still there many expat working in banks and yet expats are more hard working the Qatari`s so banks usually take expat ppl to make the bank running. But as I said if your HR confirmed that you are selected then u will get job and i hope you get the job Inshallah.

mean while you can search on Qatarization or Qatarization in banks..

Dear Hasan,

Have you ever been the case that some bank applied for a Pakistani employee visa and the same got denied?

moreover,

is there any quota system for different nationalities and revisions also done every year?

Further

What are the common scenarios which create basis for denial. Actually based on your answers I will evaluate my chances.
