Hello there..
I came to Doha by work visa from a const. company..they offer in the first (befor comming) good conditions...when i arrived i see a different situation..they reduce many benefits with out any explaining...(i am high exp.construction manager)...i have no contract yet ...and no ID yet (for 42 days in Qatar)...but i am working with theme now...
Dose anybody tell me...can i change the company and sponser if i get another offer from another companies...and how i can do it without any mistakes...
please advice me...

Bro, I highly advice that you contact the human rights then the Labour Department itself. A word of caution though it may take some time before the decision could be made, be prepare.

can sombody say somthing exact....i am suffering of my family which is far a way from here (wife and 2 small childs)...i do not want to continue with this company...but i want to work in gulf region....

GIVE ME PLEASE A GOOD ADVICE...

Boss only condition is noc from present employer.if not.before fingerprint you can exit and can come back to new sposor.becareful!you explained shortly about you position.
