There is an unconfirmed report of increase in salary requirement for family visa/change in profession from QR10000 to QR15000 Basic + Accomodation

Can anybody with links in government circles please verify. A check on the Hukoomi website shows no change but the news is fresh and the site may be awaiting update

Your answer is quite reassuring but would have been better If you started along the lines of " I have checked and can confirm that there has been no changes".

I say this because my source of info is in the business of obtaining visa's and is adamant on his claim.

I also know know the official amount from the Hukoomi website, so please oblige me and check again.

There is no such change. Min 10000 riyal should be the salary mentioned on your Labour Contract/ Arabic NOC from company.
