change of name in passport for dependent visa ..is it required ????

Hi,
Can anyone tell me about dependent visa process ,iam working inqatar since 1 year recently i got married and iam planning to gt my wife to qatar
1. Do i need to change her name in passport because in our marriage certificate there are two names 1. Before marriage (Her fathers surname which is there in passport)and after marriage (my surname) do i really need to change name in passport for visa?????
2. Do marriage certificate requires attestation from ministry of external affairs,India????
3. can u please guide me in visa process
The Name should not be a problem, since you have both the names in the Marriage Certificate.Your marriage cerificate should be attested by Ministry of external affairs - India.

- Qatar at Muntazah , Just near the Petrol Station. Get the application form for the visa, get it filled with Signature and Zeal from your Company.
You need to attach your salary certificate from the place you work, Bank Statement from bank , copies of passport etc ...Please check the visa application form for the details.
