Change in Passport name

i am a holder of indian passport.i have a valid family visa till dec 2014.But now my passport expired.so i renew it from india.At that time i add my family name along with my name. But my name in visa is along with my fathers name.
Is it any problem to came back here with that visa? if anything occur what i want to do to rectify it.Please help me my ticket on tomorrow!

You were crazy to change the name in your Passport? All your documents and files in Qatar will be having the old name which was in your Passport and if you are coming with a different name there will be a mismatch and you will have problem in the immigration while coming back from India. However check with the Immigration Authorities.
