I APPLIED FOR A CHANGE OF SPONSOR IN THE IMMIGRATION,THEY ASK US TO WAIT FOR THREE (3) DAYS WEATHER IT IS APPROVE OR REJECTED,I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL REQUIREMENTS LIKE POLICE REPORT AND NOC FROM PREVIOUS COMPANY.

MY QUESTION IS: IS THERE ANY POSSIBILTY MY APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF SPONSOR BE REJECTED FOR OTHER REASONS?IF IT IS REJECTED CAN I STILL RE-APPLY?

if your new sponcer is black listed or have some issues with the immigration or labour dept that might dealy your appl.

i would like to further add to my question that my working visa expires last sept.19,2010 and we will do at the same time change and renew by my new sponsor...would there be no problem at all? thank you so much for any comment
