CHANGE OF SPONSOR

Hello everyone,just recently i change my sponsor just before the EID HOLIDAY we submitted all the requirement in the immigration these are;( police clearance , NOC and others) , immigration told us just to wait until after the holiday , although my WORKING VISA is expired as of september 19,2010 and we intent to renew together :transfer visa and at the same time renewal of working visa under the new sponsor.

My QUESTION IS : Is there a possibility that my application for transfer of sponsor be rejected for any other reasons?
