i was working in qatar airways as a accountant.i got a end of employment letter from qatar airways on 9 july 2010 almost 10 months.Now i want to come back to doha on construction company carpenter (free visa).after coming back on this visa can i change to another company?Please anyone guides me rules & regulations.

first you have to get noc from QR, which is next to impossible. Second, if you came under some company sponsorship, you have to actually WORK for this company, otherwise it is a law violation. Third, you cannot change your sponsorship unless you stay 2 years with the same sponsor, or as an exeption 1 year.

You must have NOC from Qatar Airways to come to Qatar before completing two years and I dont think Qatar Airways will give NOC.

There is no such thing as free visa.

If you don't have an NOC you still can't come back for 2 years!!!!
