Change of sponsorship
I have worked with one company for almost 5 years,since they didn't have project company terminated me giving noc & released,i joined another company change my sponsorship under them,worked with them for 6 months during this period they renewed my visa for another two years,but due to some dispute with the management,they terminated me under probationery period,but agreed to give me release with noc,two months on now make it 8 months altogether,this last sponsor is after me to either change sponsorship immediately or cancel RP which is renewed for two years,now I got an offer from new company,what would be my status if I have to change sponsorship,i will have to wait for another 4 months to get the visa transfer done legally on completion of atleast 1 year with new sponsor or upto completion of 2 years as visa renewed by them for 2 years.please clarify this issue iam in a tremendous pressure to get rid of this issue.
