Hi all. My friend got married last year here in doha to a lady with 3 kids which were under her sponsorship. Now he want the wife to change her sponsor from company to him but the company has refused to give her NOC. Does the company have the right legally to deny her NOC? Can the husband sponsor her kids without adoption? Can she take the company to court or she does not have the right? Thank you
