can any one tell me that how long will it takes to change my profession from labour to engineer if I try through company HR?
can any one tell me that how long will it takes to change my profession from labour to engineer if I try through company HR?
First, there is no other way than through your company HR/PR/Mandoob (whatever).
But how long will it take?
That will depend on
1) how long will your HR/PR keep your papers inside their drawers.
2) how many are there under your sponsor's sponsorship? Because, HR/PR/Mandoob has to take the list to the Labour Dept. and start the procedures. Its a long annoying procedure, actually.
That's the reason why there's this item (1).
It will take maximum 20 days if your PRO follow up properly.
I also changed profession last year to engineer.
