Changing sposorship
Dears please help me
Anybody know about this issue with changing sponsorship. I got all the papers (PCC, NOC, application form signed by both parties, profession is accountant) from my previous sponsor and i finished 1 year with current sponsor and i renewed my rp for next one year as well. but in immigration they are not accepting my papers. both sponsor have no issue but in immigration they rejecting my papers without saying a reason.

I would recommend you to approach the govt. depts./ministries with the support of professional agency, specialized in the same like Urogulf. A few of my friends have availed the services & have rated them well.

Why is it rejected check with your PRO may be some documents missing and Note; ONLY PRO IS BEEN INVITED IN LABOUR DEPT TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS IF YOU HAVE SUBMITED PERSONELY IS TO BE REJECTED NORMAL.

Change of sponsorship papers is to be submitted in LABOR depart not in immigration DEPT it is being approved by labor and then to be checked in immigration depth after 10 days and your visa will be stamped job made easy. Wrong root catch the proper root and proper way.

YOU VISA MAY BE PROJECT VISA THAT'S WHY
Officially for change of sponsorship (for the first time) it is after completion of 2 years. But Immigration accepts more or less after 1 and half years. Since you have completed 1 year, you can go for secondment letter. For any help send email to [email protected]

1 year is enough. don't worry if all the paper is ready and you have police clearance it will be ok

Dear, when you go to immigration department talk to a senior person about your problem. because lover staff doesn't know the system well. So they will just ignore you
