Changing Visa Designation

I am working here in local company as a junior engineer but on RP is mentioned machinery operator . I have 3years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil. whereas on my agreement it is also mentioned junior engineer. I want to change my profession from machinery operator to engineer or junior engineer or supervisor or equivalent . but my H&R dept. says as per Qatari laws you must have salary slip more than 5000 Qatari riyals whereas my salary is below 5000 Qatari riyals.

So please suggest me what to do ?

by doing which steps I can have Engineer or equivalent visa.

I have diploma of associate engineer. But H&R department tell that your salary must be more than 5000 for continuous 6month then you can migrate from machinery operator to Supervisor...?

Is it right?

you can change it to supervisor

not for engineer cause you don't have bachelor degree
