Dear all,

Actually this is not a question but an answer to the question "Child immunization "green"card address changed?"

This is the only way I know to post the following information on QL.

Yes, the Child immunization "green"card address has changed. NOW the immunization card can only be made at the Abu Hamour Vaccination arm of the Hamad Medical Corposation (villa next to Abu Hamour petrol pump). Dont know when the change happened but as of 1st July'10 this is the address.

Also the address of the ministry of health has changed. Its no longer besides the Lulu Center opposite to Hamad Medical corporation. Instead, it has shifted on the B ring road between the fire station round about (civil defense) and the gulf interchange roundabout (mannai roundabout).

The location has changed.

It is next to Abu Hamour petrol station now.

Take your health card, old vaccination card(if baby born outside qatar), passport with visa stamp for the baby.
