Clarification on Resident Visa Profession
Dear Friends,
My company is applying for resident permit to me. I’ve a bachelor’s degree from arts (Bachelor of Arts-BA) and working as an SAP Specialist (Information Technology). Though I’m specialized in SAP I’m involved in managerial activities, thus I’m requesting my company to apply for ‘Manager’ visa. But my company is claiming that currently there is no 'Manager' quota, so we’ll apply ‘Accountant’ visa for you!
Further to the above details, could you please help me by answering to the below queries?
1. Is there any difference between the two professions (Manager & Accountant)? In terms of facilities, respect (more concerned), etc…
2. Will there be any problem in future, if I take Accountant visa? As my graduation and actual work doesn’t belong to an Account category

@triplen, Yes i'm sure i can give you my example.
My profession is computer programmer in MY QID, I have done B.com & MBA (IT)
At the time of my contract attestation i have given my B.com degree certificate, But ministry rejected to attest my contract they told degree qualification doesn't match with QID profession.
Later i attested my MBA (IT) degree from India & Qatar embassy after that ministry attested my contract. Ministry will check visa profession & qualification.
I think Its best to take WT with you to the company

Are you sure that the ministry will verify my degree and the profession! Why I'm asking this question because, if this is the case how my company is recommending me to accept this visa!!!
Kindly provide me some more information on this, so that I can talk to my company and justify my stand for the rejection of the proposed visa.

2. You can get accountant visa, but ministry will not attest your contract coz your degree doesn't qualify for accountant position.
If contract is not attested you can't get family visa in future if you apply.
It's up to you. You know that it's not correct. You can live a lie or you can be honest. Your choice.
