Coming back on visit visa after employment visa cancellation

Hi,

I am leaving Qatar for good next month and my employment visa will be cancelled.

Is there any minimum stipulated time before I can come back on a "VISIT visa"? The 2 year ban is for getting a new employment visa only?

Please clarify.

Thanks

You can come back only on visit visa within 2 years............

All previous comments of my honorable friends will confuse you. Don't take these into acount, you can come on visit visa without any restrictions even you do not need any NOC from previous emplyer during 2 yrs period.

Yaa som ppl have more than one passport. Those can com here for visiting or in Business visa. Only problem is that they cant get a residence permit. In fingerprint test...these will com out and u will be sent to jail.

My understanding is that you will need an NOC from your last employer to re-enter Qatar under ANY visa - reason for a change in the law being I guess was that some unscrupulous people were coming back into the country under a tourist visa and obtaining new employment thus circumventing the NOC regulations - can you believe such a thing????!!!!????
