Company Forged My Signature

Hi David me and my husband is in the same Catastrophe also.. me and my husband just get sacked.. and we are worried if the company will release him or cancel him..

The can do their investigations and can verify if your signature is forged. But you need the document with that signature.

OR. If they submitted that document to the immigration department, then go there to report the incident to them.

I advise you to seek legal council. Whether you didn't mind, you should still do something. It's on principal.

My family is here in qatar under a completely different sponsor. The most powerful sponsor in the country actually.  I want to go under my wifes sponsorship and all I need in an NOC. I am and was available to sign. I was never asked to sign. Also willing to sign in need be. My wife's sponsor says they have broken the law.  Make yourself Happy and hopefully others will follow.

Since you had resigned, were you available for the Company to Sign the

papers ?

or Were you unwilling to sign the Papers ?

Do you have any loss from this happening ?

you need to legal help i guess. can't really say much as I dont have any experience with this before or knowing somebody have similiar problem. sorry about what happend to you..

Yes, the permit is supposed to be cancelled.

No, they didn't get my signature as it states in the immigration law.

why did they do that?.... did you do something wrong? i mean what is the basis of forging your signature and cancelling your RP..... Have you talked to any of them (HR/Superiors)?...
