Complicated Situation regarding NOC

Hi Guys! I post here in forums hoping for some advice and solution to my current situation...

I resigned last March after 2 years of work as a Public Relations Assistant with a promise of NOC from my employer.

Then after months I completed all papers needed in order to transfer my visa...The Palestinian Immigration Officer of the company wants to cancel my visa and exit the country, the problem is he can't cancel my visa because I have car loan. He wants me to sell the car, but even if I sell the car it would be in very low price because of low resale value and still not enough to compensate the total loan in the bank, so I think it is useless to sell the car.

Now he took my passport and Qatar ID to the CID Deportation Department with the case of Runaway. I went to negotiate with the CID and they really want me to leave the country as soon as possible even with loan. I try to beg with the Palestinian Immigration Officer to just transfer my visa so it would go smooth but he said Whatever happens he's not gonna give NOC and it's an order from the Employer.

CID Deportation Department has been good to me so far but I don't know why they just don't transfer my sponsorship for me to work. I still can't leave the country because of my current bank loan.

What should I do? any suggestions?
