Computer Number on sponsor letter

Hi,

Today I went to emigration office in Al Khor to get my parents visit visa. After going through the documents along with sponsor letter, the gentleman in the counter asked me "where is computer number". I didn't had any answer to his question. The letter was issued by QP.

Can anybody tell me what is that computer number.

the computer number is a number assigned to each outgoing/ingoing document the company issue/receive. it's a legal and very usefull thing, which big companies are required to stick to.

this said, i'm surprised they asked for it in immigration.

Your company will have a computer number. Just ask your HR / Immigration dept. and you will get it.
