Converting Work Visa to Husband Sponsorship

Dear All.. My wife is working in a private firm. She has a valid company visa. Now she would like to change to my visa (Husband Sponsorship). Her company will not give her NOC to change to my visa. Can some one guide me for the following:
1) Will 2 year ban be applicable for her to come back on my visa?
2) In case she exits from the country without NOC, can she come back under my sponsorship ( resident visa) & not family visit visa

hi everybody. My wife is on a work visa and want to transfer her to my sponsorship. We have applied and got a family visa for her for a residency duration of 5 years. Now the immigration wont stamp the RP and have asked us again to submut all the documents.Also my daughter is under my wife's sponsorship and we would need to transfer her visa as well to my sponsorship.
i have a few questions:
- does she need to exit Qatar for new visa?
- do we need to cancel her current visa before she leaves Qatar
-how to get the visa of the baby transferred?

hey man there is not a ban for family visa don't need to ask her employer NOC... if u apply for her vist visa next day u can take it she also can come back on permanent visa u must have approval 1st! or u can apply once its approved she can come back on family resident
Better consult a legal firm, you may get solid advise
If there is ban, it is applicable for visit visa too.

@yeened: so if i bring her back on visit visa, then like in 1-2 months i can change her to my rp visa right. This 2 year ban will not apply on her right??
she can come back under your sponsorship without NOC from previous company but under family visit visa. Then when she will be here u can change it to husband sponsor but it will depend on your salary which should be 10000Qr.

"Her company will not give her NOC." It would be interesting to know who that company is so that others can avoid being trapped by these slave masters!
