Hi,

I came to qatar in a business visit visa,and changed to a local firm 2 years before.Now I have got another offer from a company,but the present company is not giving me release or NOC.The contract is for two years.They will cancel.

Is there any chance that I get any consideration from the law,as I changed Visit Visa (same sponsor,but the firm is different) to employement visa (present company,sponsor same).Can i force the present company to provide NOC or release.
