Been here almost 7 years. NONE of my children have ever been fingerprinted. Including my 16 year old son and his 2 older sisters who are now at university. Only thing they have been required so far is blood typing.

From Age 12 it is compulsory

As far as i know, kids below 12 years of age are not required to go for finger printing...
