Dear All

I trust you are fine.

I have found a job in KSA and they wants me to join. My Current Profession is Engineer in Qatar but Company of KSA wants me to travel on Skilled worker and as soon as I reach there they will process my visa to Engineer Status. First I thought to leave on emergency basis without putting my resignation and stamp my visa in Pakistan but the HR of the Company is saying that "I have to Cancel my Visa in order to Stamp KSA visa" Additionally, the HR has assured me that they have secured one visa for me.

But Now I have put resign and I will complete the duration which I am contractually bounded and then I will leave for Pakistan in order to attend medical and stamp KSA visa.

Is it correct? Who can give me the clear picture of this problem. I am confused. Please help me out

yes, saudi company will give you a reference letter which you will submit to saudi embassy with your passport and medical in pakistan and they will stamp visa on your passport.

But before you try new visa in any GCC you need to cancel earlier work visa.

Normally no problem from saudi embassy pakistan to stamp visa if your medical is clear, best of luck buddy, my brother do the same cancel dubai visa go pak and get saudi visa thek join saudi

Yes it is the right procedure. You will never get employment visa in any GCC until you cancel the current GCC visa. If its is visit visa job no such issue.
